Serg Andreyev
Serg Andreyev began his art education
in St. Petersburg, Russia, and refined it in the US first
at Art & Advertising department at New York City Technical
College and then at Parsons School of Design, which he graduated
with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He worked with a wide
variety of clients, carrying out high-profile projects for
traditional print media as well as prepress assignments.
During the period of close cooperation
with international publishers Grove/Atlantic, Inc. he created/redesigned
cover art for such bestsellers as Sportsman's Life, By the
Shore, Sweet Smell of Psychosis, Being There, Waiting for
Godot, and Mr. Spaceman. He also art directed the first
issue of a Russia-based magazine published by St. Petersburg
Publishing & Entertainment group (New York). Serg also crated
a promotional design for the chain of Dalton bookstores.
