Tatiana Aleksa,
President and CEO
Ever since her first financial venture, Bankirsky Dom, founded in 1992, Ms. Aleksa has been a highly successful entrepreneur.
In 1995, together with a few partners, recent Wharton Business School graduates, Ms. Aleksa launched Octet Media LLC, first as an Internet Service Provider. Only a year after founding Octet Media, Ms. Aleksa became company's General Manager and its only proprietor. Her first step as the single owner was to concentrate on Octet new core competence — development of Internet-based solutions.
In 1998, Ms. Aleksa founded Octet Communications Corp. — an Integrated Communications Provider serving overseas Internet and Voice service companies. A few months after the launch shares of this corporation were publicly sold through Direct Public Offering. In July, 2000 Octet Communications Corp. completed a corporate merger with Atlex Telecom,Inc, NJ-based telecom operator. Now, Ms Aleksa serves this company as a Chairman of the Board.
Ms. Aleksa is the Member of the New York III Women Presidents' Organization.
Ms. Aleksa's work has been featured in such prominent publications as The New York Times — Cyber Times, Daily News, PC Week, Time Out New York, The Village Voice, and Silicon Alley Reporter.
Ms. Aleksa holds MS in Finance from Moscow Finance Academy and MD from First Moscow Medical Institute.

Vitaly Brukhman,
VP, Technology
Vitaly is is proud of serving as Octet Vice President of Technology. When concluding his three-year effort as a principal of computer consulting company, Context Solutions, Inc., Vitaly garnered strategic partnerships with the companies providing specialized technology expertise and an extended network of contacts with experienced computer specialists in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Vitaly is an active member of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce (MCRCC; http://www.mcrcc.org ) in New Jersey since 1998. He served as a Co-Chair of the Chamber's Expo Committee, and created Technology Curriculum for the Business and Industry Expo'1999 event. Vitaly Brukhman advanced to a leadership position with the New York Software Industry Association (NYSIA; http://www.nysia.org )
Vitaly hold a Bachelors in Computer Science from New York University.
