How do I access this benefit?
Octet Concierge is available to members actively earning points through their Octet payment program. Here’s how it works:
- For every 1,000,000 qualifying points earned through your Octet payment facility, you receive 2 Concierge Credits
- Concierge Credits are redeemed to access the Octet Concierge service
- Each Concierge Credit is equivalent to one return international business class flight
- Concierge Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issuance

1 Concierge Credit = 1 return Adult Business Class itinerary.
