Octet Concierge
Octet Concierge takes the complexity out of booking international airline rewards travel. Our points specialist does all the research, so you land the flights and business class seats you actually want.
Provide destination, preferred dates and points balance.
What is Octet Concierge?
Octet Concierge is a premium member benefit that takes the complexity out of finding and booking international reward flights. Our points specialists research available reward seats and identify tailored international business class flight options, helping you maximise the value of your Qantas or Velocity Points. You receive a recommended itinerary with step-by-step booking instructions, so you can book directly with the airline.
How do I access this benefit?
Octet Concierge is available to members actively earning points through their Octet payment program. Here’s how it works:
- For every 1,000,000 qualifying points earned through your Octet payment facility, you receive 2 Concierge Credits
- Concierge Credits are redeemed to access the Octet Concierge service
- Each Concierge Credit is equivalent to one return international business class flight
- Concierge Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issuance
What does a Concierge Credit get me?
1 Concierge Credit =
1 international return adult business class itinerary.
Members can enjoy significant savings when compared to standard cash sale fares when redeeming points, with expert guidance to ensure you get the best value from every redemption.
From earned points to
boarding pass.
